How should i ask a girl to dance with me?

Im going to a dance tonite and i was wondering how i would ask a girl to dance with me even though i probably wont have the courage to ask her but anyways can you help me out?How should i ask a girl to dance with me?
Just walk up to her and ask ';Would you like to dance?'; Do NOT have a friend ask for you. Girls of any age prefer a guy to have the courage to face the girl when asking for what he wants.How should i ask a girl to dance with me?

Well, if youre scared, there was this one guy in high school who wouldnt even ask, he would just grab onto a girl and dance with her. Then after the song was over, he would just leave and not say a word. So you could do that, but everybody kinda thought he was a freak... so maybe not



Just do it like it is in the movies..... say ';wanna dance?'; Its the dumbest line in the whole world, but how else are you gonna ask it? Dont sound too proper though and say ';would you like to dance?'; or ';would you care to dance?'; because that would be a little much.... just ';wanna dance?'; is good.



as for the aproach, watch from a distance until the current song ends.... make sure she is with her girlfriends or alone, not with another guy.... and quickly walk up and just say it. Then if you do get turned down, you can get out just as quickly as you got in. But be calm and confident..... yay! Have fun!!!
