just be yourself and walk up to a girl you want to dance with (make sure she is not dancing with anyone or she is dating someone or came with someone LOL) and ask her to dance, if she says no it is her lost cuz for you to ask how to get a girl to dance with you, you get kudos for that 2 thumbs up. back at my elementary school dance i use to be mad nervous to ask girls to dance but one day i broke out of my shell and walked up to this girl i liked and instead of asking her to dance...I moonwalked all around her and then asked her to dance...she laughed and said yes and seemed quite impressed...and i'm not saying you gotta know how ot moonwalk to get a girl to dance with you...but it was that confidence in me having the balls to do something like that that caught her attention.
