Eastern Oregon where hip meant you shook the cow poop off of your boots before you walked in. Curtis Salgado and the Stilettoes (no idea how to spell the word) were playing. They were hip and urban and she was in a fetal position when she saw girls dancing with other girls(not unusual. My worst date was going to a Kiss concert. I went for my best friend's sake - she couldn't go with her boyfriend unless it was a double date so I went with her guy's best bud - who was crude -to put it mildly. We sat in front of an amplifier so we definitely heard everything. I was more into bands like Chicago. It was a bit traumatic. ;-)What is your worst date experience? My worst ever experience on a date happened when I took Hilda Pendergrast to see ';Tony and the Tone Deafs';in Atlantic City. We drove 87 miles to '; The Pier ';, only to find out the ';PIER';, had been destroyed by fire the summer before.Since we had driven so far, I pulled into a sleazy bar that was featuring ';Della and the Doomsday Dragons.'; The cover charge was two tatoos and a nose ring. $100.00 got us in anyway. We met a couple ( Sodom and Gonorrhea ) who insisted we join their table. After three nights in jail and three weeks of medicinal support, we broke up. Hilda no longer has to pay a cover charge! And I am sterile.
Although they exist, we Oregonians do not support gay rights/marriages.
