GUYS HELP ME OUT- How to slip away from my date at the dance?

Seems kinda harsh, but I need to slip away from my date at my semi-formal high school dance. The girl I'm going with is just a friend, though we've been getting really close the past two weeks. But I really want to dance with at least two, maybe three other girls. So I need to know how to slip away from my date for maybe like an hour during a three hour dance.GUYS HELP ME OUT- How to slip away from my date at the dance?
You don't need a guy. I'm a girl and I can tell you that if you guys are really JUST friends then it's very likely that she wants to dance with other people just like you do. It really shouldn't be a problem. You guys can both dance with other people and stay near each other.

If you feel like she might be uncomfortable with it, then maybe you can start off by dancing with a girl who she already knows that's just a friend and keep it light. Then move on to other girls from there. Just don't start off your time away from her too heavy if she can see you ;)

Just please don't ditch her entirely. You guys made plans and it's not like either of you have another date like on some kind of sitcom. Just hang out. Don't be too serious and she probably won't mind unless she likes you. Seriously, you don't have to slip away from your girl. Be a man and tell her you want to ask a couple girls to dance. She is your date and her opinion should matter to you. Friend or not. If she doesn't mind go for it. If she wants you to herself.. you agreed to the date so deal with it. Be a man.
that's so not the right thing to do but if you really want to just tell her you want to dance wit other people. you should care about how she feels though and i don't think she's going to like that and i wouldn't either.
I'm not a dude but an honest girl. tell her that you have to go to the bathroom and slip over to another female. it works every time. tell her to dance with her female friend until you get back. then take ur time. :)
