How can i slow dance with this girl who is shorter than me?

I am 6'5 she is 5'1, pretty big difference, with heels though she is prolly 5'4 so its about a 13 inch difference. I really like this girl and want to dance close to her on slow dances but how can we dance like normal couples with such a big difference?How can i slow dance with this girl who is shorter than me?
Ha.. I totally understand what you are going trough. I'm 6'4'; and I always dance with my friends who are way shorter then I am. Everyone else always think its cute. Sometime I wrap my arms around their waists and pick them up.. ha but i only do this with close friends, IDK how close you two are. Anyway, I just put my arms around her. I rest my hands on her waist. She'll prob reach your chest, which is totally cool. Just be chill and get close to her. Girls like it when they feel secure, and you can demonstrate this by dancing.

it's not a problem, if she can't reach your neck, she can always put her hands on your chest, that's even more romantic. And if she's your gf, she can stand on your feet, and you can guide her as well ( this is what my bf and I did because i'm a lot shorter than him too). So don't worry too much, good luck ^__^
You can dance like a normal couple. Just do the same thing you would with somebody your height. I don't see the big problem. I am 5' even and I have danced plenty of slow dances with guys alot taller than me. So I would say just have a good time and don't worry so much :)
just ignore it. Im kinda shorter than my bf now that i think about it but it doesnt affect us. when you start to dance then it wont matter and what the hell is a normal couple anyway? everyones different, dont be scared of what other people will think of you guys either. Just dance with her...
i think thats cute, just dance like you would with any other girl, but yea the heels sound like a good idea. I've seen a guy who's 6'3 and a girl who's 5'1 slow dance. they are closer together but if she looks up and he looks down a little its fine. have fun!
I'm not sure you can. :( Although you can always try. Tell her to wear high heels and you can wear flat-footed shoes to help a tiny bit.
