Guys: how do you like a girl to dance? Girls: how do you...fast dance with a guy?

so my boyfriend wants me to go to these dances at school, and i can sort of dance, but only with my friends. like, where i'm comfortable. but he wants me to dance...with him...on songs that aren't slow.

and techniques, anything really, that could help me...

you could ask a girlfriend that is good/comfortable at dancing with her bf or even ask your bf!! he probably is nervous too but either way just have fun and even if you look crazy..who cares! also bring friends along and dance with them as well to get in some practice. or if your still super uncomfortable about the whole situation, tell the guy and see if you can do something else in stead another time (movies, mall, etc.)

just dance like you would with your friends and sway your hips to the music and put your hands in the air. he wont care if your a bad dancer trust me as long as you try.
