Its really about the girl. My preference is that I HATE guys who are too cocky, or too insecure. If I see a guy not knowing how to dance, it makes me hope he doesn't ask me, cause guys, you DO have ego's and I hate babysitting those ego's. Sounds awful....also I don't like to be grabbed by some kid thinking he is a pimp and grinding his tic-tacs against me. Sluts go for that, yes. Not a girl you want to get to know :)

I'm not much of a dancer, but when I have been dragged out on the floor, it's because I really thought it would be a safe dance. One guy I had known for some time and had recently moved back - this was the first time in over a year that we'd seen each other. He just came up behind me and carried me out to dance. Another guy some time later kept staring at me and finally came over and asked me to dance. After he kept asking, I finally went and danced with him. When I decide to dance with someone, I make sure I have kind of watched them dancing prior to asking me. If he's been dancing with all kinds of girls and grabbing them and being nasty, then I won't give him the time of day. I don't want to be another tramp that he gets to feel up on the dance floor in front of the whole place. I'm married now so I don't have to worry about this whole mess any longer!
I just kind of look around for a guy who's cute..
It really depends on the girl.
