Get to know her some, flirt a little, then ask to dance.

first of all express yourself good then tell her your a good dancer.
say, ';Hey you wanna dance with me!?!?';
I think the best way will be put a nice smile on the face and ask the girl for a dance.It don't seem hard with that.
