Girls think a lot of things are creepy.
Try talking to girls who are with friends or are by themselves. Be really nice to them and flirt a little. If she flirts back, good for you and just ask her to dance.
Or try to find a girl that looks bored and lonely. Just walk up to her and ask if she likes to dance. If she does like to dance she should dance with you.
It might help if you bought her a drink. Just be nice about it and hopefully she wont think that you are a creep.
